this is quite hard for me. i have never written anything regarding something like this. well, im hoping id end up enjoying this. blogging for business and pleasure. a hefty balance of work and play, rather yet, incorporating work and play.

happy as i may be, loving food is one of the many facets everybody has in their gems. good food, good company, a cozy place and booze to top it all up. music and the cold breeze bringing comfort and romance to couples trying out which ring fits the best hand.

having to live in such a wonderful place opened me up in many ways i could think of. those fabulous moments shared by groups of friends, loving memories of family gatherings, a new beginning for newly enganged couples, and that magical date for those in courtship. it makes me love what we do even more.

peeking through the kitchen door, looking at people's reactions after that first bite, the loving compliments of warm people, the feeling of bringing out a sunny disposition of someone down, making new friends and meeting wonderful people.

it truly is passion at some point.

im telling you now, i may not be my mother, i may not be the one who cooks everything. but im here, and i'll be your resident blogger. telling you whats going on, handling your reservations, being your happy host and if your special enough, i might cook by myself for you. *applaud*
